Asante Kotoko’s failed campaign in the 2018/ 2019 CAF Confed Cup competition has alrrady claimed its first set of casualties in the playing body.

Former Medeama duo, Abass Mohammed and Muntari Tagoe, and recent Guinean import, Naby Laye Keita make up the rest of the casualties.
Asante Kotoko finished third in the group stage of the 2018/19 CAF Confederation Cup.
Zambia’s duo of Zesco United and Nkana FC, and Sudan’s Al Hilal were the other teams that made up Group C, from which Al Hilal and Nkana made it to the quarter finals of the competition.
