- Atletico Madrid midfielder Thomas Partey could be on his way to England
- His dad has told a Ghana radio station that he wants to play in Premier League
- Partey has been linked with a move to Arsenal and Manchester United
Hon Adjiingo, Partey’s father, is quoted as saying on a Ghana radio station, Enigye FM:
“I personally told him to move on, if he is not wanted at where he is right now.
“Because he might be wanted at somewhere else and so he will like to move to England if he gets the chance.”
Serie A side Inter Milan are also interested and Partey’s agent Daniel Jimenez revealed earlier that he is available at a reasonable price.
Speaking last month Jimenez told Passione: ‘I can say that right now, I haven’t talked to anyone, even if Inter are a top club.
“There’s a €50m (£43.5m) release clause in his contract, a figure that’s cheap for a player like Thomas.”
